"There are just so many tiny details and everything has been created with such care and attention. One cannot help but feel good in those beautiful rooms. Everything about our stay with you was so cared for and so clean."

On Service
"Everything was understood from the look in our eyes. The flower-bedecked birthday table was a super surprise. We travel a lot and we rate particularly highly the attentive, friendly and yet discreet service we received. We were astonished at the value for money. We don't drive and we really appreciate the fantastic public transport connections."

"Your flowers are always just a feast for the eyes. The enchanting scent of the roses remained with me an entire afternoon. The view out over the valley and of the mountain landscape is simply magnificent. I love it that there is always a space for me by the pool."

"I find the cuisine very light and very varied. The food is always prepared with great creativity and is always freshly made. We stayed for two weeks and never had a repeated menu. My husband has a sweet tooth and the dessert buffet was pure paradise for him. The portion sizes were just right – we were full but never felt weighed down."
